Whatever your current level of leadership-capabilities is, in general our partnering runs over 6 months direct support and coaching. This is followed by another 6 months of more hands-off guidance.

 

Where needed, we can work with you (on-site) on the development & implementation of a specific change programme that requires your enhanced leadership.
